Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DB Global Logistics ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

DB Global Logistics is a last-mile delivery platform that connects customers and merchants with professional riders for reliable, fast, and affordable shipping across Nigeria.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes including:

• Requesting and paying for delivery services
• Tracking shipments in real-time
• Managing your account and payment methods
• Communicating with our support team

You must not use the Platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to access the Platform unauthorizedly
• Introduce malicious code or harmful material
• Harass, threaten, or harm any user or employee
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment disputes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment and Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, service type, and other factors as shown before you confirm your order. All fees are final and non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of service failure. We accept multiple payment methods including Paystack and mobile money.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of DB Global Logistics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure accuracy in pricing and delivery estimates. However, the Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that all information is complete or accurate. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DB Global Logistics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
