Where applicable, DBGL collects payment and handles returned orders according to the agreed terms.

Terms & Conditions

The free storage period depends on your plan (see the price list above). Storage charges apply after the free period.
Delivery fees are separate from storage and fulfilment charges and depend on the delivery location.
Vendors must provide accurate product, customer and delivery information.
DBGL is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the vendor.
Vendors remain responsible for the legality, quality and condition of their products.
Restricted, dangerous, illegal or prohibited items will not be accepted for storage or delivery.
Returned parcels may attract return-handling and repackaging charges.
Long-term or high-volume storage arrangements may be subject to a custom quotation.
COD funds will be remitted according to the settlement arrangement agreed with the vendor.
DBGL reserves the right to review storage or fulfilment charges where stock requires unusual space, handling or special care.
